I work with people experiencing anxiety, OCD (including Pure O), and intrusive thoughts, as well as those facing relationship difficulties, loss, trauma and life transitions.
If things feel overwhelming, confusing, or not as you’d like them to be, you are not alone. I offer a warm, professional space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement.

I believe that establishing a confidential, trusting and non-judgemental relationship is at the heart of effective therapy.
I offer a free initial chat, with no charge or obligation, giving you the space to briefly share what has brought you here and ask any questions you may have. It’s an opportunity for us to get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I work with empathy, honesty and kindness, and aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood and able to explore things at your own pace.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting them to suit you and your situation, so that together we can work towards meaningful and lasting change in a way that feels right for you..

A little about me



I came to counselling and psychotherapy through my own experience, which showed me how powerful it can be to feel heard, understood, and supported.
I now run a private practice from my calm counselling room in Weybridge, Surrey, offering a confidential space where you can feel safe, heard, and valued.
I am a fully qualified and accredited member of the BACP (MBACP Accred), working within their ethical framework.
I have over seven years’ experience with Cruse Bereavement Support, including supporting individuals through loss and supervising other volunteers. I have also worked with young people aged 16–19 at Woking College, and trained with Relate to support work with relationships.
My approach is integrative, and includes EMDR, CBT and ERP (particularly for OCD and intrusive thoughts). I tailor our work, with the focus on finding a way of working that feels right for you.
