About Me
A little about me
I came to counselling and psychotherapy through my own experience, which showed me how powerful it can be to feel heard, understood, and supported.
I now run a private practice from my calm counselling room in Weybridge, Surrey. I am a fully qualified and accredited member of the BACP (MBACP Accred), working within their ethical framework.
I have over seven years' experience with Cruse Bereavement Support, have worked with young people aged 16–19 at Woking College, and trained with Relate to support relationship work.
My approach is integrative, including EMDR, CBT and ERP — particularly for OCD and intrusive thoughts. I tailor our work with the focus on finding what feels right for you.
