Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions: By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to my therapy contract. Sessions are 50 minutes and begin at the agreed time. Confidentiality & Privacy: All information is held in strict confidence in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. Confidentiality may be broken where legally required or if there is a risk of serious harm. Contact & Support: Contact between sessions is for administrative purposes only. I am not able to provide crisis support—please contact your GP, NHS 111, Samaritans (116 123), or emergency services if needed. Payment: Payment is required in advance or may be paid during the session if attending in person. Cancellations: You may cancel an online booking anytime before 48 hours without charge - I will issue a refund by default if you have already paid. You will not be able to cancel online if you are within the 48-hour window. Please notify me in writing within those 48 hours if you want to cancel (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Late cancellations are charged at 50% of the session fee. If you do not notify me you are not attending, it is considered a missed appointment and is charged in full.
